A historic visit after one and half years to flat c 202. ..all baggages had to put on shoulder since lift is not working in C block for last two months or more..car could not be parked since passages blocked by illegally parked cars..what a historic experience.. Lift doesn't need swiss or German engineers to outsource.. those who stay in second floor only understands the difficulties..this callous attitude people don't have any right to ask us society fees

I think water tank is filled with red worms as the water in our apartment comes with these worms. Either the tank was not cleaned properly or needs to be deeply cleaned immediately.

There is a complain from Block B 201, and B 101 that water has a very bad smell. Although we have cleaned up the water tank just couple of days back but still smells are coming. Coincidentally, there was a plumber present on that moment, plumber suggested that we need to change a filter component which costs around Rs.12,000 to Rs.14,000 per filter. We have 4 filters in the society, so total cost comes around Rs.50,000. My personal suggestions is that we can use funds either from "Contingency fund" or can collect Rs.2000 per flat. Your suggestions/advices highly required. Thanks.

NOTICE It is to inform herewith that an executive body meeting was held on 14/03/2021 on presence of Society President and mainly discussed about the 24 hours security service of our society and enhancement of their monthly salary. Even if all the members were not present in the meeting, but still for urgency one main resolution has been taken for security purpose. As per the decision of the meeting, the monthly society fees has been fixed at Rs. 1500 per month with effect from 01/04/2021 onwards. So, all are requested to follow the decision and pay the monthly society fee Rs. 1500 per month with effect from April 2021 onwards for management of 24 hours smooth service of the security in our flat complex. The other resolutions that has been adopted in the meeting are- 1) Purchase of 5 numbers of plastic chairs and 1 no.of table 2) Regarding the security payment, maybe negotiate with M. The main gate of our society was found unlocked and wide open at 11.30 pm. The night security guard was found sitting inside the curtained guard room.

It's a matter of surprise that when visited the ground floor at 11.15 pm Mr. A Shaheed found the main gate of the our society was wide open and there was no night security guard.
